Record Your Swimming
Record video of your swimming from the side of the pool (underwater if possible), from the end of the lane, and from above if available. Smartphone video is perfectly adequate. Nicole will provide detailed guidance on what to capture.
Submit Your Video to Nicole Ebert
Upload your video through the secure submission link provided after booking. Include your name, age, primary events, current best times, and any specific concerns or goals you want Nicole to focus on.
Receive Your Analysis
Nicole Ebert reviews your video with the same critical eye she turns on her own swimming as an active national competitor. She delivers a comprehensive written and/or video analysis with specific correction cues and drills you can implement immediately.
Follow-Up & Progress Check
After implementing Nicole's corrections, you can submit a follow-up video to confirm improvements and receive additional refinement feedback. Progress-check analysis packages are available.
